Photo Shoot

We had a beautiful sunny day.

So happy that Spring is here! :)

I love the cheerful color of these flowers. It's like they're always smiling. :)

Mess around enough on editing and you can make the sky turn pink. :P
I had a little too much fun photographing flowers in our family's yard, and while I edited them on the computer, a thought popped into my mind: Hey, this is fun! I should make a blog post with these! And then, another: Wouldn't it be fun to make a competition of sorts with other pictures and invite my followers to participate?
Let me jot down the rules real quick:

1: I'll post a word and an example picture.
2: You'll then come up with a picture of your own (not from the internet, you'll have to take it yourself) that you think represents the word best.
3: You'll send them to my e-mail: 4rmeddy@excite.com 
4: I'll choose my top three favorites and an honorable mention and post them on my blog.

So...what do you think? Does this sound like a fun idea? Let me know if you would be willing to participate in a comment. Also, if you have any questions.

    Lovely pictures. Any idea what the yellow flowers are?

    I like the idea of a competition but I have to warn you I wouldn't submit and entry every time.

      Thank you. I have no idea what the yellow flowers are called...they are really pretty though. :) There's no pressure to put in a picture every time. I totally understand how one can get busy... :)

    That sounds like fun! I'd love to do it!
    I like the pictures, they're so spring-y! In Kansas we usually say we only have three seasons, Winter, Summer and Fall, but we've actually had a nice spring this year :)

      Our family is going to a Homeschool Conference this weekend, so if I have time I'll start it right before that. Otherwise, I'll try to get it started either Monday or Tuesday of next week.

      What Homeschool Conference are you going to? Just wondering because we are going to one too! Chances of us going to the same one might be slim, but always good to know about other conferences! :)

      Maybe we will meet at another gathering :) I'm very excited, Mrs. Marlow is going to be at our conference!! YAY!! I FINALLY get to meet her! :DDDD
